Listen Like a Fish
Here it is! My long awaited TEDx talk “How to Listen Like a Fish” – chosen as an Editor’s Pick – is now up on YouTube.
Note that I did not choose the phrase “Tools to train your ears.” While it’s not wrong, it kind of misses the point. Maybe it will spark discussion. Maybe people will watch the video from an interest in sound. Or an interest in marine biology. Or something else. In any case, I hope they come away with something useful and unexpected. Even if they only watch the first few minutes, they’ll hear the voice of the MesoAmerican Reef and I call that a win!
